The cheapest way to go is a turbo back Magnex for around £450 + fitting.
Loads of options on this subject. Stick "exhaust" into search and you'll have reading to last you a lifetime

In which case, put downpipe into search. Set the from date to 1 jan 2002 and the to date as, 31 jan 2003 with the number of matches to 50. Search the titles and you will have plenty on the downpipe to end you to sleep.

bobcat,
Is it a panel RAMAIR filter...its just i bought an My00 back in October and this had one fitted. This actually wrecked the MAF sensor due to it being oiled based. Luckily the dealer changed this under warranty. Might be worth changing this for a standard one or another recomended after market one like ITG ( seems to be Ok from the threads ive heard ).
Cheers

Welcome Bobcat
Richardw,
The later MAF's are not as robust as the ones fitted to the early cars.
Alot of MY99/00 have MAF problems.
MY95-98 don't have nearly as many
