turbo xs dump valve probs

jus fitted mine and its not loud at all, have i done anything wrong, the fitting was straight forward. Went for a run and my mate farted louder than that !. And thats without eating a curry.

its the turbo xs type-h-rfl blow off valve, ive adjusted it n tried all the washers, still no diffrence, is there anything else could be wrong coz im gettin a bit stressed now, the valve is makin noise only when i drive it very hard.
