Thumbs down

I'm one of the ones it didn't work for

Fitted a H+W made SS backbox to my STi5 RA and it knocked on the rear diff.
Laying original box next to the SS one it's easy to see that the angle of bend isn't the same.

its nothing to do with the model of the car, more to do with either the one individual back box, or a slightly squewwiff downpipe/centre section.

It is a misalignment issues and is not specifically affected by the model of the car.

All old shapes should be the same, simple as that. Once in place on the car, bangin on centre diff or not, someone like Ian at hayward and scott is more than capable of bending the pipework when in place to stop it rattling. would take him 1 min!

All Scoobysport exhausts have been made by Janspeed since October last year. They are CNC bent and are a perfect fit every time. When Janspeed started production for us, we redesigned the pipe layout to allow even more clearance around all diffs, including the bigger STi diffs.

Before October, these used to be made for us Hayward and Scott, who do not CNC bend their exhaust parts.

A new Scoobysport exhaust will be a perfect fit
