Droning noise at speed

Hi guys,
I have a droning noise at 110mph almost exactly. I never bothered to drive through it as i didn't like the noise.
It was quite a bit louder than the normal exhaust note at this speed.
Any ideas?

My rear bumper is not that securely attached at the rear arches - I'm sure its this that gives me a funny droning noise at 120mph (on track).
It could be this, or it could be your passenger..
