Did another track day last friday and was getting bad fuel surge, problem was, i had over half a tank of fuel on board, it only seemed to happen on real tight right handers. What damage can this do and what can i do to stop it happening?

Following my 'incident' a number of months ago I was told I need a swirl pot that holds a certain amount of fuel to deal with any starvation in the lines

thought a swirl pot worked similar.. but swirled the fuel around to remove air and a surge tank just held fuel.. either way similar if not the same
