I think that my turbo has finally let go, Where is the best place to get another one and how much is it going to cost me, Should I go standard or have a hybrid one.

Cheers

Depends what you are trying to achieve.

TD05 front entry if it will fit your car will outflow even the largest VFs used on a Subaru with no more lag than smallest VFs plus they can be rebuilt economically unlike the VFs. You can get used TD05s for about £150, and then either just get a new compressor cover machined (about £120 IIRC), or spend more and get it fully rebuilt.

Obviously your car would need remapping to make the most of the new turbo, but using a boost controller appropriately setup may be an alternative.

What mods does your car have?
