Oil leaks.......advice/help please ........

I've got a Terzo ...........
Anyone else suffered crank seal oil leaks???
Is it common?????
Am lead to believe they weep regularly and seals are usually changed at same time as Cam belt.........????? TRUE??????
Can anyone shed any light please
Has anyone ever heard of the aluminium cases leaking
