Whats happened to RC developments

Hi all,
I have tried phoning RC Developments every day this week, and the phone just rings and rings with no answer, occasionally the line is engaged but I think this is just when someone else is trying to call because immediately after it just rings and rings again.
There is no answer machine message and no announcement or information regarding new year opening delays or anything on their website.
Does anyone know whats going on ?
