where is the pressure exhange solenoid 93 wrx

Mark,

Pressure Exchange Solenoid (brown-ended horizontal cylindrical jobbie) above the Boost Solenoid (brass vertical cylindrical jobbie) & MAP sensor (Black cuboid jobbie)

The Pressure Exchange Solenoid (labelled sensor 2 in the diag below) is used to calculate atmospheric pressure - which is a base upon which boost pressure is applied (ie at sea level - less atmos. pressure = more boost - up mountain - higher atmos. - less boost)

got an error code 45 on my 3 wrx and need to know where this is pls and what does it do .
