There's a new one by Graham Bell - "Forced Induction Performance Tuning: A Practical Guide to Supercharging and Turbocharging" which is exceedingly thorough, and covers exactly the right ground. It was only published at the beginning/mid this year, so is about as up-to-date as they come. It even has a picture of a scoob on the front - with reason, as many of the examples he uses have the scoob (such as measuring all the points along the pre-turbo inlet path to show where the pressure drops are).
In short, there's little in there which isn't useful/informative/relevant.

Thanks for the info nom, my christmas list has another entry!

The A G Bell books are excellent all round, I've found hte very easy to read, and they relate work to real engines.

Bosch Automotive Handbook is good, but doesn't advise on tuning. Gives a good understanding of ECU control though and a lot more. Some would say it is dull, I actually enjoy reading it
