o2 readings on STi type UK

What are safe (subjective I know...) o2 readings for an STi type UK (non PPP) on Idle, off boost cruise and on boost?
I have a Techtom MDM-100 OBD readout and I'm curious as to what o2 readings I should be conserned about.....
