Jack up the front-right of the car a little (need a little - but not a lot - of clearance). Undo the plastic thing between the bumper/wheel. The engine side of things is pretty straight forward. The metal tube fits down the hole with a little care (as long as nothing's connected to it!) then attach it using the metal bar to the inner wing bit. Then, one end to the back of the MAF, and drop down to the hole you've just made between the bumper & the wheel to attach the K&N filter to the bit in the wing. Then put back the plastic thing between the bumper & wheel again.
Next, drive very carefully & slowly to whoever is going to re-do the mapping for you...

Nice one nom. That is the BEST setup information out of all the above.

Basically, they are prone to make the car run very lean, so a rempa is ideal, infatc a priority IMO.

Exclamation

Agreed with previous posters.

The A/F ratio just doesn't get very lean, it gets *very very* lean.

I had to drive 150 km after fitting it to get the remap done, and I was shocked/amazed to see how the car behaved. I thought my LambdaLink had died

APS themselve do warn not to use the CAI without a remap.
