Question

Will a Tek 2 / 3 do it?

Just been playing GT on PS2 and my skyline has razor sharp response!

I remember sitting in someones scoob, and when you blipped the throttle , the reaction was instant. My 99 is so slow, you've taken the foot off by the time the revs pick up!

How do you get rid of the delay?

Remove air intake resonator, but beware of water ingress.
