Um, that means the ECU has reseted mate and whatever codes you were looking for is lost forever. What you should've done is connect the black plugs.

Uh oh. Now i'm stumped.

Try resetting it again. If that doesn't work disconnect your battery overnight.

Plug them together, press and depress the accellerator without starting the engine a few times and then take it for a run till the lights flashes. Then disconnect them.

I normally disconnect them when they're off for safety reason. My feet are normally above the headrest while I fiddle with the plugs.

Have not disconnected the battery.. But tried the Plugs again..

Just dont understand why it wont work... Its not like the light is allways on so its not serious (well hope not)

Is there a guide that i can print off so i make sure i do it dot by dot if you know what i mean.

Thanks for all your help..

Check out my home page(see profile) has ECU reset procedure & error codes.

Once you've ensured the reset is OK - if you still getting an error code - tell us what the code is & I'll do my best to help.

Cheers m8,

Chris
