Got a HKS SQV now but had a Forge item before, deffo gets louder mate, however.. they normally come with a red spring inside which is very quiet.
Do you know if you have the red or blue spring??
Either way it will get louder but i suspect you have the red spring, i specifically asked for the blue spring to be supplied in the valve when i ordered it as i had been informed that the red one was quiet, if you do have the red spring then contact Forge and they will send you the blue one free of charge..
They are easily interchangable..

that chittery sound, sounds like it's not opening & stalling the compressor blades of the turbo .. is it a VTA (vent to atmosphere?) if so, it should make a very loud SHUSSSSSHHHHH

Vinesh,
the D/V should be closed at all times apart from when you let off - at which point the change in vacuum pressure opens the valve.
if it's a take-apart one, then I'd do that to start with & make sure it all looks right inside.
if you're unsure, put the OE one back until you get that one sorted!
does it cause any ideling problems? I know when my vacuum pipe came off mine I got wonderful wastegate chatter, crap ideling & a non functional D/V ! DOH!
hope you fix it!
Steve
edited to say - if it's brand new, it might just be a bit sticky .. not got one myself, so not sure if you can make it free-er..but you should be able to move the piston.

Just to add that the DV is a twin seal design so although the outside will look open on idle the inside diagfram is closed keeping it sealed.. The inside diagfram (sp) stays closed on idle as there is no positive pressure, when the DV gets positive pressure from the vacumn pipe going into the top of it, it closes the outside sealing it under boost.
Vinesh, take it apart (allen bolts) and post what colour spring is inside.
Rob.
P.S. should sound chattery due to the DV design.

I have a red spring.
The car causes no idling problems and u cannout feel any air escaping when the outer piston is open (Holes open).
When the car is idling the inner piston seems closed and when its given some high revs the outter piston closes and the inner piston opens = Psst sound.

That will be your problem mate, give forge a ring in the morning (number on website), tell them that you want a blue spring as the red one is too quiet and they should send you one in the post..
The difference between the two is a lot!!

The outer piston closes as well as the inner under boost, when you let off the outside opens and the inner opens due to the positive pressure against it.
