Firstly.. i picked up two strut braces yesterday from a friend who smashed his scoob up, £40 the pair..
Rear one fitted..
Front one..
New rad bracket well nearly new! i fitted these to move the rad back so that i could fit the hoses round and so that the ports on the FMIC line up with the hoses, did try routing the pipework another way at first but found this way much easier!!
Front pipe from I/C to Throttle body with bracket.
Top of pipe, pipe and hose to throttle body is not an at the mo as the (baby) top mount I/C is in the way..
I will have all the other pipework and I/C in place tomorrow, got the braces fitted.. went to meet a guy to pick up my 4 pots and due to a problem (on my part) could not purchse them
Meeting him on monday now
Oh well, back to PE next week to see how the front mount performs..
Cheer sfor lookin people
Rob

Thanks people, will have full shots tomorrow...
Shame the 4 pots aint on until monday but hey.. better late than never
TMIC+FMIC now theres a thought
This is the I/C before i had the other port moved..
I have had the other port moved to be parallel with the other one that i had moved originally..
Obviously i am not expecting it to perform as well as an aftermarket FMIC but its gotta perform better than the current interwarmer
Wheels next for deffo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"sorry babe cant do the christmas shopping this month"
"what do you mean the wheels look different to before?"

Just to add that i had a spare top hose lying about which i cut a peice off to shorten it when moving the rad back, luckily it was cut right first time
When i first moved the rad back the top hose was almost folded in half lol..
AND FINALLY... I would just like to thank David Wallis for giving me the idea to try this DIY stylie, probably wouldnt of even thought of doing this if his thread hadnt started.. TOP MAN!!
