You adjust the stand to take the bottom two g/box studs, and then use 1~2 bolts at the top.
Only problem with the design, is that you can't work on the FW end of the engine, when it's mounted.

I think most stands will require the flywheel to be removed for full access to the engine. A bit annoying, but I can live with it.
If its just the heads you are removing, then I think you can leave the flywheel in place. If removing pistons, remove it before mounting the engine on the stand.
