Noise from TSL and Scoobysport?

Search won't find "TSL" for me so...
Anyone know which is quieter for Motorway driving? (assuming SS standard BB, and TSL Gp N with 10cm can
). I want a full system, but may leave in centre cat to see if MOT is passed.
The systems look very similar from web pics, any advise on quality of manufacture and fit etc.
(I know SS may be due some changes, its info on TSL I can't find)
