Thanks for the links..

I've just spent the best part of an hour searching through every single one...NO PICTURES THOUGH!!!

Again, has any one got any photos of the boost controller fitted to the bug eye Impreza?

Tony

Does anyone have any photos of the Dawes Super Duty Boost Controller installation on a new age Impreza?

I've searched the archives and can only find details of Pre MY97 and MY97-00 installations. The DAWES instructions aren't that specific (not to me anyway!!)

Any help, photos, pointers much appreciated. A picture paints a thousand words...

There is a link to the post that everyone should read before asking questions, can't find it though, maybe someone else will.
Found this though, should keep you out of trouble for a while here

Tony,

The install is the same as for the MY99/00.

Matt,

Is the turbo + wastegate in the same position as the new age though?

Red face

Jamie (JWR).

Do you have any pictures...all I'm after is a shot showing the unit in situ, connected to the turbo nipple and wastegate?.

I then know where to safely connect mine up....

Thanks Ray. But now I am confused...What's the item to the left of the intercooler? The picture shows a pipe capped with the pipe from the boost controller now fastened to it? Is that the wastegate with the U on the side of it? Where's the other end gone though? Looks like it connects to some sort of dump valve?

As you can see I'm not too sure to say the least and don't want to **** it up. ;D

Harry boy, thanks for that link. But I've been there several times and it's a pre MY01 so everything looks like it's in a different place....except the wastegate marked with an M looks like the one on Cody Jeffrie's marked U..is that correct?

If so all I need to find then is the turbo output nipple...is it below what I think is the wastegate? I couldn't see anything when I had a look today.

Sorry to you both for appearing so dense, but obviously I want to make sure I get it right...

Once I do I will take photos and put them on the net so everyone can see where they go on an MY02....anyone any more piccies feedback on my Q's?
