since the post has been censored, can someone just answer me this:

If I want some more exhaust parts, should I currently phone H&S rather than SS?

that's all.

Paul

We are currently in dispute with H&S and will not be supplying exhausts made by them until these matters are resolved.

You will probably find H&S are cheaper due to them being the manufacturer.I wonder what has happened for Scoobysport to lose the sole distribution rights to H&S products.
Very interesting.

yes I'm sure.

After being successfully marketed and popularised by Scoobysport.

J-W Racing sold them for a time.

Very good point.

Is it "rubbernecking & gloating day" already BTW ? ... Time flies.

I bought a full decat system from H&S for my Porsche last year.

The kit is good (as we all know) but their customer service isn't the best; I had an agreement that I'd get the backbox in two weeks because the orginal had broken (OK they didn't have to agree to that, but the point is that they did, so I gave them my credit card number to them on the strength of that assusrance rather than to somobody else) and after two weeks I 'phoned and was told it would be two weeks. Meantime I'm doing 1,000 miles a week in a car that has NO silencing. To be fair they had it with me in 7 working days after I explained the situation in strong terms to them...

Also, their 944 turbo back box cost much the same as a ScoobySport one and their delivery is £25, so I wouldn't hold out too much hope of a saving.

Matt, my point would be : "why don't we give it a day or 2 to let people sort out a business dispute" ?

I know nothing about what is happening mind, I'm not even a "supporter" or whatever, just strikes me that it al goes a bit fast on the "scoobynet bigger than life stage".

I can also feel some gloating... can't you ?

Exclamation

It looks like Pete has given the answer to the question on this thread so i am locking this thread before it becomes a mass of speculation about comercial discusions going on.

The original thread was not censored, i removed the post by H&S as comercial advertising is not allowed in this forum, as i explained when i edited the original thread.

Jgriff, support is something of a moot point, nobody on here is or isn't giving support, strikes me that people just want an answer?
For my part, I have a full ss system and am very happy with it.

Evil, couldn't agree more. There seems to be far too much "knee jerk reaction" stuff on here, that all of the popular suppliers seem destined to suffer.

What that says about the members or supplies, god only knows!?

Albeit I am intrigued by Pavlo's reference to "censored"
