I have brought a Defi Oil Press. gauge and it comes with a new pressure switch.
When I remove the old one what will happen to the wire connected to the old switch. Do I need to connect it with the new switch??

I think, ususally, the original sensor (or switch, as it's more of an on/off) can be relocated to the rear of the engine, where there is a blanking plug in a hole already (over No 3 ??)
I think this whole is different size to the sensor, so you'll have to get an adaptor, but shouldnt be more than a tenner.
Not sure if the wiring will reach, or need to be extended!
will find out when my DEFI's arrive!
