and the car has quite a bit more grunt.

I would it up to about 0.9 bar but when it's in 4th and flat out it hits 1 bar.

I believe that this is as it should be.

Next thing is the car has started to burble and pop so I presume it means that it is running rich and overfuelling which is a bonus.

Full decat soon so should see the flames!

Will it get any louder?

Question

Are these devices a good thing for your car ?? Seen that many people on here have it fitted.

Is there anything negative to say about fitting one ??

Obviously you need to keep the boost pressure sensible, but to what level ?

If fitted wrong or abused then they certainly can be a bad thing i.e melted piston.

I have been sensible and set mine to 0.9-1bar and it is fine.

Some people on here have them set to 24psi and that is just a bit silly (A fuel cut defencer would definitely be needed)

Buy one for £30 fit it and enjoy the power increases.
