After just getting another scooby was woundering what do people think of the prodrive compared to the magnex as I had the magnex on my old scooby which was a lovely sound so is it worth having the prodrive or sticking with the magnex???

The prodrive WR oval back box is the nicest I've heard IMHO but it looks very similar to look at to the Magnex. The dealers will be happier with the WR box also.

Magnex is cheaper of course.

Listen to both, I think they are both equally well made.

I was wondering the same thing, one thing I did find out is the Prodrive WR box has a three yr warrenty, the Magnex is a life one but it needs a card stamping by the dealer that services your car to keep the warrenty live so they need to inspect it at services, which they may not do for a non scooby approved item. If this is the case the warrenty from Magnex may not be worth anything!

I know someone with the Prodrive WR box but not the Magnex so I haven't been able to listen to one yet.

can't comment on the magnex but test drove one with the prodrive item. Lovely sound, but not as throaty as the SS box I went for.
