Question

My 95WRX is struggling to start. It has just been serviced and when starting from cold it really struggles. It does fire and then dies unless you have the foot on the accelerator and eventually it will get started. It will not start if you don't have your foot on the accelerator.
When it eventually starts the check engine light flashes off and on with a clicking noice coming from down at the fuse box area at your right foot. It will die and stall and go and die etc and the check engine light flashes. When the engine eventually warms up it goes great and will start fine again from warm.

Any ideas??
