Can anyone advise as to how much of a noise increase you get from a de-catted down-pipe on a MY00 with a PPP fitted.

I used to have a scoobysport back box fitted and the noise increase from that was great but about my limit, i now have the Prodrive backbox which was fitted as part of the PPP.

What kind of performance increase can i expect form this mod ?
Is it worth it??

thanx in advance

Sure is worth it

Bit more noise and you hear the spooling and wastegate chatter.

More torque

It depends which one you go for.

The BPM is very quiet - although you lose low down spool up.

The Scoobysport - certainly the one on my car - is about 6db noisier than the BPM - enough to make me have to run an extra bung on track.

Quietest will be ported headers with BPM - this is a very quiet combination.
