any ideas? is flywheel about 11kgs or something?

Ian,

indeed it is 11kgs - a good engineering place can shave the back of the flywheel - mine is around 8kgs now.

You can buy (at huge expense) a 5kg billet for the Scoob - but those who have them think they are a bit light.

yeah, am going to have mine lightened a fair bit, but didnt want to spend sh*t loads on the billet one, as i too have heard about stalling problems etc due to the weight.
