hi ya scooby white, ive no experience me self, but have u tried MRT is Austraillia www.mrtrally.com.au they also have a forum on which ur Q may be better answered, as it gose the Sti/IHI roller bearing turbos are held in high regard, but as for the specific qualities (boost, lag, power) of the one u mentioned Im not sure

Tried asking Stuart @ Townend Garage ? I think they run one on one of the rally cars they look afater. Worth giving him a shout, he knows they answer to most things !
