Default Diff out rigger bushes won't fit???

iv got powerflex diff out rigger bushes I'm trying to fit. The right hand side has a thicker top Bush part no. Pfr69-1Pfr.
The left side has 2 equal bushes that fits fine.

Right hand Bush mount is approx 47mm but gap in bushes is only 38mm it I fit them to to outrigger there is a big gap between them and the central steel crush tube bit is no where near reaching the ends.
it looks like it's overall length is to short and if got extra Bush thickness on the top of the Bush rather than in-between them.

Any one seen this, am I doing something wrong ?

Have you made contact with the manufacturer for some specs as to what they should be? then you can contact who you purchased from, obviously something is amiss but a forum isnt where I would start to get it sorted.

That's what I will do then, thanks.
I was trying to fit them and was unsure if it was something I was doing wrong.

just thought I would ask here as I've had and also found great advice searching the site, but couldn't find anything this.
Thought someone may have had the same problem, wondered if possibly some diff outriggers might be different sizes or something, to be honest I thought the Bush might be correct as part numbers are embossed on them, if the Bush was wrong thousands would be made together and they would all be wrong ?

on a new-age car you should have PFR69-118 for the Left side and PFR69-124 for the Right side
