Default Which way does the friction plate go

I’m doing a auto to manual conversion in October.Im fitting a light weight flywheel and 6 puk clutch only I Carnt remember which way the friction plate goes.Doesnt say flywheel side or transmission side ?

You'll probably find with a lightweight flywheel it'll only go on one way. Flat side to the flywheel.
