Please Help!!

My Wife has a Astra 1400 (1997 with Carb) and the head gasket has just gone.

I need to fit the new one tonight , can someone please tell me the head bolt sequence and how tight???

I think the head bolts are only used once,ISTR you should replace them when doing the gasket, sorry can't remember the torque but think it is "X" and 45deg. on the bolts

Thanks, Already got new bolts waiting and i know yo work from the middle out but i just need the tightness???
