Default Front drive shaft and engine mounts

99 uk turbo.

Got a spilt inner front cv boot. From what I can see you can't replace the boot or the bearing "prong" at the end of the shaft. Is this correct? So you have to buy a whole drive shaft? Are shafts same across all years?

Also engine and transmission mounts. Want to replace them all, two engine mounts, stabiliser mount and transmission mount(think that's all of them). Can you get new oe items anywhere I can only find group n updated but I don't need stiffer as not big power and don't want extra vibration on my daily driver .

Just ordered this drive shaft as it was pretty cheap http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140384364606

Thinking of going for these engine mounts as can't find an oe kit

From what I have read, the engine mounts can only be replaced by taking the engine out (If anyone knows different please explain method). The transmission mount and stabiliser mount are relatively easy. Not had to do a driveshaft yet though.

the shafts do split although the actual method varies slightly across the years

carry Hardrace & STi grpN on the shelf and can offer savings based on above link......

Cheers I will give you bell when I'm ready to order. Seem to have an overboost issue in the cold now so need to solve that first and then I'll be ordering the mounts.
