Yip agreed its the synchros but atm it's just not possible to have it rebuilt. I know replacement oil won't fix it but even just slowing the process for a little longer would help. It only happens when changing fast but even at high revs its ok as long as back off for a second. Anyway you all know the score 😉

I've heard red line lightweight is good, but not for dccd. But then I've also heard it's ok in there 😕
I've heard castrol syntrax or universal (difference??) Is good for dccd

I have redline heavy in my 05 blob 6 speed and it's smooth as silk.

Is it dccd? Why you chose heavy over the light?

Castor universal is the recommended oil. Forget all the others... don't leave it crunching ..will damage it more.
6 speed with this issue.. £1800 rebuild as a ball park figure.
