I've got a 05 Widetrack JDM STI and have went with the following
MILLERS OILS CFS 10W-50 COMPETITION FULL SYNTHETIC ENGINE OIL (Mine is seeing track use, for road use I believe 5w40 is best).

If it's standard or close to standard, I'd use a 5w-40 in the engine.

Out of those, the best ones are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS/CFS NT, Motul Sport/300V, Red Line and Gulf Competition. The Motul 8100 X-Cess, Millers XF Longlife, Fuchs GT1 XTL/Supersyn, Gulf Formula G/ULE, Shell Helix and Mobil Super 3000 are good, cheaper alternatives.
The DCCD boxes are fussy, the best results are with the Motul Gear 300
http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-899-motu...-diff-oil.aspx
The best option for the diff is a synthetic 75w-90, like the Silkolene Syn 5, Millers CRX NT LS, Motul Gear 300LS, Red Line 75w-90 GL5 or Gulf Competition LS. A SAE90 or 80w-90 mineral oil such as Motul 90PA, Fuchs Race Gear 90LS or Gulf Gear LS 80w-90 is a good, cheaper alternative.

Dont use a 5w40 ive been running imprezas for 15 years and they dont like it too much it too thin at start up and become rattly.
10w40 for standard or lightly modded and 10w50 for track use or heavily modded.
Dont use 10w60 either ive ran millers cfs 10w50 in my 480bhp car for years and its quite happy on it.
