rear diff lock-down kit needed
Any one do the rear lockdown kit for a 2002 jdm sti

what do these actually do? do these make the thud on hard gearchanges?

They stop the rear diff from moving when power is transmitted, but they can make more transmission noise from what I understand.

I organised a groupbuy through TSL some time ago for ARBs, droplinks etc. The lockdown kit came up as a part that could be incorporated into the groupbuy so I thought for the sake of less than £30 i'd have one and fit it at the same time as all the other Perrin bits.
Very cheap and noticeable mod imo
