I like to push the boundaries of reality..... perhaps if you did not keep delivering outside of those boundaries I wouldn't keep expecting it!

I would go in to detail what David did for me, but I would not want other customers to think that was the norm (above and beyond in my view)..... perhaps it is, but I don't want to be responsible for David having to break his ***** every minute of the day as the norm. He is getting on a bit now.

I suspect the "Oh no.... here is Shaun. What does he want now!!" goes through David's mind when he see's me.

Suffice to say with zero notice and hours to get something sorted for me (which actually relied on a third party, so of little control from API), David delivered the required fabricated goods bang on the time promised..... and I mean literally, down to the nearest minute.
