Wink

Have had mixed.
Good usually, but if the boss is in a mood, watch it!

Also good at getting you to spend, but not so good on after sales.

Alcazar - have you actually bought anything recently ? from the new management team ? or are you just tarring the new team with the same old brush ?

I have found all of the staff - bar one - very friendly. I went to pick up some bits I had won on ebay and asked for some advice while I was there. Got pointed in the direction of a short bloke with grey hair whose response was "free advice for someone who has won something from ebay!" and rolled his eyes. He did answer my question, but it felt like I was asking to take his first born. However I've had some good products from them and would go back.

I know other places near by where help and advice is given with a smile, and guess what, they're the ones who do the work on my car...
