Lateral Performance - Thanks Mark !
After a weeks silence....
E-mail problems are resolved and I got a reply to my questions to Mark @ Lateral Performance.
One phone call later and a wealth of information has resulted in 1 x MD321H and sundries heading my way.
What a really nice bloke, couldn't have been more helpful, and excellent advice too !
But who's this SPD fella, apparently just 'cos of my area code Mark was going to swear at me ! ! !
Anyway, if in doubt give him a call, thoroughly recommended.

The man knows a thing a two about customer service and will go out of his way to help you out.
Mark will make a point of calling you back at his own expense, when he needs to spend time getting your requirements and giving advice!
Some people could learn from him and keep their word instead of making falses promises about getting back to you.

I have also dealt with Mark when I need a new rocket gasket set and I can't praise him enough. I am lucky enough to live near him so could speak to him personally and he was a thourghly nice guy and very knowlegable too.

It's o.k. you knew I was in no great rush....
Had a BAD experience with couriers over the first week in Jan !
Got my grubby mits on it at lunch-time today, shame I'm working till 9:15 PM !
