Hi all

I paid simon from PSI3 for a VFD data monitor over 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived.
My emails get returned, i phoned yesterday and today but keep getting the answerphone and now i have tried to go to their web site and it is their servers site that comes up.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with Psi3 or am i being paranoid?

Well they sponsor the ICE forum on here. Best ask the webmaster and see if they are up to date with their authorised advertiser subscription / sponsorship deal.

Of course you mustn't slate suppliers for shoddy service, especially those that line the pockets of SNet, so expect this thread to be vaped real soon

Ooooh!!! I'd be interested in finding out as my LCD one seems to switch itself off randomly and it is still under warranty providing they are trading.

Hi Julian, i understand you have now spoken to by business partner Simon Base, i believed all orders had shipped before i left work last friday for a weeks holiday, i will not know for sure if your order was sent and has been mislaid by the couriers or if i have overlooked it, i will pop into the office tomorrow to check and let you know.

We are still very much in business but our website was hacked and until it is sorted only displays the Titan ( our hosting company ) information.

Hi Simon, we emailed eachother a few times a couple of months ago and you said you were going to send me a new faceplate for my unit due to it falling apart from being in the sun. I sent you my address and then never heard back from you. I've sent 2 or 3 emails since then and heard nothing. Please let me know what is going on as this faceplate looks terrible in my car. Thank you.

Whats the score with the site being down. Are these units still for sale ?

We have had problems with the site for a few weeks now, as a result the hosting company has to suspend the site, it should be back up early next week with a few changes to overcome this.
