MOT in Reading
Hi guys. Can anyone point me in the direction of someone that provides or helps with MOT's for cars with a fully de-catted exhaust system? Preferably somewhere close to Reading.

Hi mate, contact Len at Subaru4u in Newbury. Small trip down the M4 from you and well worth it. Had my car MOT'd there for the last few years. Nice little check before it goes in (usually replaces blown bulbs and adjusts my UK300 headlights for me as well). I'm running only one cat and it sails through despite some saying it would not.

Hi
In response to your question if your car needs to have a cat to pass the MOT, then Len (and the garage he uses to do the MOT) are not the type to somehow pass a decatted car.
However I suggest you give him a ring, IMO he is by far the best Subaru specialist local to you and would be the best person to advise you of your situation.
