Im looking at buying a impreza from a bloke in Liverpool does anyone Know a good garage/tuner in the liverpool area who will go check the car out for me, im in holland at the moment and cant be @rsed flying home to find out its a waste of time and its a lemon.

If you're serious offer the seller a few quid to take it to Prosport- I would hazard a guess that Prosport would be too busy to go out to it- but as suggested above more details would allow us to make better suggestions- and where in Liverpool is it?

thanks for the replys....but i think the guy is pulling my chain.it is a 2004 wrx sti (USDM) is advertised for 15,500euros(11,000 quid) on the german equiverlant of auto trader,which sounds to good to be true and exactly what i'm looking for. there are alot of alarm bells ringing in my head but the guy is not asking for money in advance but he is being very vague in his emails??? he says the car is in liverpool all taxes paid etc but it is not registered on english plates yet. i asked for a land line number from him and the general area the car is in and got a reply without this info???
@pj748r, if i can get an address out of him do you fancy taking a quick look and to see if he's on the level?
