John,
no i doubt that it is pointed at you, what it probably means is that Pete doesnt like being messed around by clients who want something doing for example, have it done then say its wrong (changed minds, changed what they wanted doing and didnt say etc), if you know what i mean?
Pete and the guys at Prosport are probably THE most helpful bunch of people you will ever come across
Tony

Yeah no worries, just wasnt expecting that reply thats all.
Well ive just been down there and due to the fire they cant do anything for me until a few weeks when they can get back on the rollers.
Spoke to John (the boss) seems sound enough and has said they will sort me out when they are back up and running so all is good.
Gives me chance to get a few little jobs done on the car before i go back.
He said i could be running a dead o2 sensor which could be giving me my problems so will get that changed first and see how it goes
Basically have fitted a VF35 and tek3 with extra bits to my classic and its not running right. Might need a fiddle with the ecu but o2 sensor could be the reason.

yep, they've sorted out a couple of cars for me, and Pete is a very capable mapper- Pete and Richard remapped on of my scoobs earlier in the year after another so called reputable mapper cocked it.

Another vote for Prosport from me, very good people. Anytime I've needed work on my car that I can't manage myself they've done the business.
It's the little things that count, they always wash your car after a service and in the past they've done thing like put my gearlever gaiter back on properly.
There's businesses out there that quote less for jobs, but they don't do the jobs as well IMHO. You really do get what you pay for.
For example, the one time I didn't use them was when my clutch went and I needed a cam belt change at the same time but with the car being undriveable I chose a local specialist who'd quoted cheaper. The job was done OK, no complaints, but it ended up being no cheaper than Prosport and there was a fair bit of messing about that you simply don't get from Pete and the lads. For me, it's worth the trip to Stockport every time.
