Thumbs up Pavlo/Zen Performance...

Top show today Paul
I needed a bit more mapping after butchering things about, fitting new injectors etc etc.
Paul fitted me in at very short notice which was bloody helpful
usual white knuckle ride during the mapping, absolute blast, unfortunately I made Paul car sick so need to think more "smooth" lol
Got back to WRC technologies, very professional set up, ready to RR and Paul was in car during the run to check all was a-ok.
ran the car and I have the usual excuses up my sleeve ready, however it all seemed to be very accurate and consistant throughout the four runs.
no problems with the car at all, no det, tons of boost (1.55bar ) and Im easy like sunday morning
I asked Paul to map the car on the strength of SamUK's recommendation and its all good, definately recommend him for Apex'i PowerFC mapping.
I also need to big up the turbo, its been td05 or 05/06-20g for too long and my new td05-18g is a revelation!!
its running at 1.55bar all the way round on the road, but its the punch in the midrange that astounds me, 3rd gear comes and goes in no fapping time at all, simply awesome

Andy

ps, got the chance to be a passenger in *FUG* as well, truely incredible, definately the fasted car I have ever been in!

Andy…

Glad to hear that finally your car is sorted… J

My cars driving great had a few hiccups though quickly were sorted…though since the clutch change + flywheel, my car feels even faster, though not been on the rollers again.

Though to get more power seemed the route was to change to Tubular headers, which I do not want to go down the route of at present…so decided to stick and enjoy what I have!

What power figures did you get?

Sam

Ah I see. Dont rate RRs much.

18g sounds like a good match for 2.0ls.

Should be nice and quick.

Shaun,
no comparison, sorry, but its huge compared to the VF22 Im butchering on the bench,
the shell of the housing must be fully 9" diameter, as a guide, on the gc8, the housing actually pushes up against the regulator brass elbow meaning the fuelling had to be routed.

Andy

I was really taken with the stoptech brakes that Paul runs on the *FUG*, havent heard of them before if Im honest, but by eck they scrubbed the speed like a good'un.
definately considering them
