is it me or are scooby dealers going downhill ??
I have had my sti7 serviced and warnaty work completed at 3 different dealers in the last 3 months and i was less than impressed with the service. I have had a scoob now for 3 years and when i first got it eberyone raved about the service you received etc.. well in my experience the german dealers (bmw/audi etc) still know how to treat customers compared to the scoob dealers.
Examples of poor scoob service..
Not ringing me with progress and just leaving the car until i arrived to tell me that they need it for another 2 days.
getting oil on the seats
fitting wrong parts
not doing things correctly
sloppy service
i generally dont have a great deal of confidence in the 3 diferent dealers i have used recently..
what are other peoples experiences.. the dealers ihave used are in wales and the south west

I'm having the same kind of problems with my dealer:
- Waiting for parts since January - allegedly out of stock
- Not replying to emails/phone calls asking where parts are
- Waiting for replacement shocks for a warranty job for over 2 months
- Kept me waiting for 4 hours when taking delivery of the car. I even had to ask for a drink
- Not valeted/PDI'd to the point of having mould growing in a cup holder
- Damaged to the vehicle since I looked at it (kerbed alloy & 269 miles)
- Driving lights rusty
- I still don't have a V5 and it doesn't appear on the DVLA database
