Default Recommended Bodyshop

I'm looking for a bodyshop in Slough / High Wycombe that do a good quality job, and don't charge the earth.

Any recommendations?
Any to avoid?

and for goodness sake noone post Rainbow bodyshop as a place to avoid, as mine's just gone in there.

I rang the local subaru dealers, and they use 'C&N' or 'CN and sons' (something like that). Over chalvey way. Apparantly Rainbow (next to thames fiat on the bath road) is owned by them too, and is sometimes used by the dealers.

Its also an insurance approved shop - whether thats a good or bad thing I don't know.
