If you have a beef with Well Lane then take it up with them or ask them for a refund or whatever. They are a well established (pun intended) company. Posting on here asking if they are "still in business" is hardly the most intelligent way to conduct yourself. Their phone number in case for some reason you do not know it: 01924 441364.

Quite right Harvey. You should give Well Lane a ring on the number quoted.

The reason for the site being down is that they are upgrading to an all singing all dancing new site.

Thanks for the info. I didn't have the phone number with me and when their website seemed to be down I guess I paniced

I should point out that apart from one small issue that remains unresolved I am otherwise very happy with my dealings with Well Lane and would recommend them to anyone.
