I ordered parts from this company through a friend.

It not only took 3 weeks, but i was promised week after week for the products.

On Saturday, i was given confirmation that it would be delivered to my friends house, so i drove down from Birmingham to Surrey to pick the products up.

To my disgust when i arrived i found out that:

a) John had not turned up with the products
b) He was not answering his mb or home tel number.

It is now Wednesday and i still have no response from him or evan an apology or reason for not turning up. I have left emails, voicemails, text messages and even left a message with his wife and still to no avail.

I find that this type of business is appauling. I am now stuck to see what is happening as i do not have products and i do not know if products are ready.

I am very reasonable here and i have given him many chances to provide these products.

I am still very interested in the products and will not leave him in the lurch with these sprayed products.

Please clarify: Are these items actually available and sprayed as you stated OR are you not interested in business.

Please let me know as soon as possible then at the worse i can go elsewhere for the products.

If this has been sorted in the meantime, please accept my sincere apologies.

Also, can anyone get through to Impreziv at the moment?

Ive been constantly trying and it keeps ringing and then voicemail. Ive been leaving messages but no response

Hi firstly apologies for the issues you have stated.

I too am having difficulty speaking to John, he has a serious family worry at the moment and i am hoping and praying that something really really bad hasnt happened, although i do not wish to explain on here, I'm sure if it has happened the last thing on his mind will be his company.

You are the first customer I am aware of that has been upset with Johns service, and I am sure it is not intentional!!

Bear with him and I'll see if I can get through - please mail me your details and what you ordered to askewrichard@hotmail.com so I know what I am talking about when i get hold of him

I fear I'm in the same boat.

I ordered a splitter from DR Motorsport 6 weeks ago who I understand source from Impresiv.

I cannot get either to return my calls ????!!!!????

I fear my next step is legal action as I paid for these parts & not recieved them.

This is bloody rediculous.

So he is still fine and well and working on other cars but ignoring customers that he has promised parts to.

I think he should get his contact people to let them know whats happening with their parts.

As I said in the other thread John is NOT working on my car. I dont know what is happenning. All I know is that my car isnt ready either and I cant get hold of him.

Dont know why.

THere is no contact people, Impreziv Motorsport is run by John on his own so if John or his family falls ill, then none of Impreziv customers know

Just hope everything is ok

i've got sympathy with the people who have ordered parts because i was going to order some things from tsunami racing but put it off and then in a the matter of a day they shut the shop and closed down,

if he's got problems, sending parts to customers aren't 1st on his list so he should, himself or get someone else to refund all money until his problems are sorted,

if you've ordered a splitter from DRM ask him for your money back, if drm is getting it from (not)impresiv then he can't expect you to wait until impresiv is sorted,
