This is probably in the wrong section but i was wondering if people could stick some places up which sell PACE FMIC as i am after one for my MY99 so i am goin round gettin prices.

So far got a price from

PACE £1010.00
and scoobymania £940.00

Have you seen the group buy in the Drivetrain section? Its for a Hybrid FMIC... its not for definate yet... see what you think?

Yeah cheers i saw it. I think i am goin for a PACE though due to the ease of fitting and the fact that there is no chopping of the bumper

I think the cheapest place you will get a pace fmic is from pace themselves.

You lose your air con though (if you have it) as it sites behind. I would say cut the bumper

Is that definate about the air con?? as it says suitable ofr air con models and non aricon models. Wether this means removal i have no idea

I thought you had to lose the air con with the pace fmic. I thought they meant without air con, its not probs but with air con, its no probs cause you lose air con

COuld be wrong though

i can do the greddy fmic and you keep aircon but still have to cut bumper......chris

Cutting is quite a lot mate. But its worth it

Just do bit at a time and you wont be disappointed.

Thats what wible did to mine - was nerve racking! lol

Docjock has a Pace FMIC fitted to his wagon so he would be able to advise you definitively on this.If memory serves I recall that it was compatible with air-con equipped cars.

Yeah cheers everyone.

I spoke to PACE today and they said you can keep the aircon with the front mount kit.
