I ordered a spoiler from them at the end of september (money taken from my card on 30.9.03). i have not yet recieved this item. i gave it a week and when nothing had been recieved, i gave them a ring after being told it had been dispatched it turns out,there suppliers were out of stock,and was given a date of friday 10.10.03,when nothing was recieved by the following tuesday i rang them back,and was promised delivery by this weekend. guess what nothing has been recieved.
They have had my money for very nearly three weeks,and i have got no goods. do you think i will ever get it?

.... also talk to your credit card company they take a dim view of this and will start action on your behalf. The card should not be debited until stock is delivered !

Your spoiler will be with you in the next few days, the part was a special order item from Australia which was explained, and it took a little bit longer to arive than expected, sorry for the delay.

Big Goon - Glad you're happy, they are great aren't they?!
Donutman - Yes, they bolt exactly to the existing mounts, it's a straight swap that's why there's no fitting kit or instructions.

Yes I started out from my bedroom, I had no choice but I knew I could make a go of it and I did.
Running JW Racing allowed me to move into a new house where I built a purpose built office, because this was and is the most efficient way of doing it, I don't need a garage, I don't need a fancy showroom, because JW Racing is an online supply company and never wanted to be anything other, because it is good at doing what it does, what's the point in rocking the boat by expanding into an area like tuning and engine rebuilds? The bigger place allows me to hold more stock and allows myself and Paul to work here without a problem, also next year we'll be taking on our third member of staff to handle the increased admin.
I don't know who jukebox is, it seems he has a problem but as long as I know I'm doing a good job, I'll try to ignore his silly and untrue comments.
