Cant 'kin believe it

Ordered some parts from them midweek, gave em my card details, they phoned me today to tell me they had arrived, promised me they would be left in the petrol station for me to collect tonight/tomorrow morning

I phoned em tonight to make sure they had done so, as I really need the parts tonight for tomorrow morning, and lo & behold, they know nothing about them (parts man gone home) said it wasnt there job, nothing to do with them, nothing can be done till monday

Was told that if I had been told the parts would be in the petrol station then thats where they would be, word is there bond etc

Anyway I made them go and check, and the petrol station woman knows absolutly nothing about them, and there are no parts there to collect

Why cant we get a decent dealership anywhere
