Dropped the car off........picked it up later with all the work done 
Knocklink fitted etc Job done. Congrats lads Typical no hassle visit to SP's
But
I thought I'd buy a Road Angel 50 quid off including laser detector. Ian Armstrong looks at the box then looks for a technician. It's late and they have all gone home... no problem Ian opens the box,sorts out the leads, puts it all together, FITS IT IN THE CAR,waits while it locks onto the satelites then shows me the icon on the taskbar on his PC etc to use the updates.
How many other dealers would just have given me the box !!
